Incident Report Cards and Wearer Report Cards are the c3 artists’ way of tracking the progress of the activated* charms and their new companions.
The Report Cards are scaled to be photographed easily, so that makers, and wearers, can email photos of the card along with photos of their jewellery to the c3 team. Then we put the photos and other details up on the home page of this website. Simple!
*charms are considered activated once they have been gifted to a wearer. Look out, once activated the energy is much more powerful…
